Health Charity Foundation is an non-profit organisation based in South Sudan, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities.We work with families, women, and youth to create sustainable solutions in health, education, food security, and sanitation.Through dialogue, empowerment, and community-driven action, HCF strives to build resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy, dignified, and productive life.
